Eunice M. Pierce

Eunice Marie Pierce, 86, of Hot Springs, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026. Born July 4, 1939, in Collins, Arkansas, she was a daughter of the late Newt and Maudrie Watson and Stella and Ray Wagnon.

She worked as a secretary for the Fordyce and El Dorado School Districts and was a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church of Hot Springs.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Pierce; a grandson, Joseph Wallace; a brother, Bob Wagnon; three brothers-in-law, Eddie and Billie Pierce and Danny Ables; and a sister, Evelyn Guinerere Wooten.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Kelli and Joe Wallace of Hot Springs, and Telissa and Jay Soto of Bryant; four grandchildren, Josh Wallace, Brennon Soto, Christopher (Starla) Soto, and Joseph Soto and Alexandria Bogan; two great-granddaughters, Emerald and Opal Soto; five sisters, Carol (Phil) Lewis, Ralene (Fay) Pierce, Venita Ables, Shirley Allborty, Donna Krachen; one brother, Kenny Watson; two brothers-in-law, Johnnie (Louise) Pierce, Gerry (Joyce) Pierce; one sister-in-law, Nell Pierce; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce, with services following at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Stoney Point Cemetery.
